우리는 문명의 구조적 전환점 위에 서 있다.
AI와 자동화는 생산을 가속하지만, 노동–소득–지위–시민권의 전통적 연결은 해체되고 있다.
다가올 10~15년은 차갑고 불확실한 전환의 시간이 될 것이다.
그러나 우리는 두려움이 아니라 이해를 선택한다.

AI and automation accelerate production while dissolving the traditional links between labor, income, status, and citizenship.
The coming decade will be cold, uncertain, and transformative.
Yet we choose understanding over fear.

Ⅱ. 리셋의 의미 · The Meaning of Reset리셋은 파괴가 아니다. 리셋은 재설계다.
우리는 시민의 정의를 새롭게 세운다.
디지털문명에서 시민은 운영의 주권자다.

Ⅲ. 메타시민 · The Meta-Citizen
메타시민은 참여하고, 숙고하며, 기여하고, 접근권을 공유하는 시민이다.
노동이 아니라 기여가, 소유가 아니라 접근이 새로운 시민 조건이 되어야 한다.
